Images get people’s attention on social media sites but unless you are prepared to pay for the privilege, the images you share on Facebook will only reach approximately twenty five percent as many people as the posts which contain words alone. This is not surprising because Facebook is a business after all, and the only way they have to make a profit is through selling advertising to businesses who are trying to keep in constant communication with their customers.
I prefer to share pictures even though I know very few people will see them, the following are a few of the ones I shared during the week.

If you respect the people you communicate with, everybody will benefit from every discussion, but if you want to dictate what is being said and by whom, no communication will take place.

If you do not set out the goals you wish to achieve, you will never reach a point when you will be happy with your achievements. This works the same for your career as your personal life.
