The easiest way to see the good in everybody else is to take notice of the good in yourself. It’s that simple, how you feel about yourself is what you will see in everybody you interact with; even if you’re a great actor and able to hide your real self from them, you will not be able to hide the real you from yourself.

The greatest battle everybody faces is the battle between how they act and how they wished they’d acted, every time they do and say something other than what they were thinking creates an imbalance in the person’s vision of themselves; thus creating a negative self-image. (These are the difficult days.)

When people’s thoughts and actions are in perfect unison, the image the person has of themselves is always positive. (These are the easy days.)

The closer people come to accepting themselves for who they are, and not who they want to be, are closer to experiencing an easy life.

The road to an easy life begins with you.

• Focus on what’s important to you.
• Work hard to achieve your goals.
• Trust yourself.
• Be impressed with your achievements.
• Believe in something.
• The world you live in is perfect.
• You are where you are meant to be.
• There is a solution to every problem.
