The most important thing you will ever do is sleep, and that’s not the sleep where you pick the bed-clothes off the floor because you’ve been tossing and turning all night, or possibly grinding your teeth down to the bone. It’s the kind of sleep where you wake up feeling rested and ready for a new day. This requires you to have a sleeping routine where your mind is rested before sleep.
