“Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.” ~Buddha.

Some people say you always regret the things you don’t do but from experience this isn’t always the case because realistically speaking you can’t go back in time so you have to accept you were never meant to do those things.
Actions taken through anger cause more people to feel real regret. How many people are filling up the insides of prisons because they acted instead of taking a deep breath and counting to one hundred, counting to ten is just not enough time to calm down.
The people who don’t act are the ones who bottle up their anger inside of themselves, and throughout their lives they find themselves angry at everybody and everything; nothing in their life is ever enough.
Going to prison is the result of harming others; harming yourself is the result of not going to prison; there must be a middle ground where you can release your anger without causing harm, and there is, it’s called acceptance.
“Accept everything you have experienced in your life was meant to happen exactly the way it did because it was preparing you for a wonderful future.”
“Peace of mind is important in your pursuit of happiness. Let there be peace within you so that you may finally experience peace in your external world too.”
