The book will be judged by the cover, of that you can be sure, however, after reading a couple of chapters a book may be put aside because it didn’t live up to expectations.
Some books will capture enough of your attention that you’ll finish them but you may not wish to read any more books from that particular author.
Then there are books that so capture your imagination you don’t see the cover of a new book, you only see the authors name and say, “yes, I’m reading that”.
