Be strong enough to be alone without being lonely

be selective

Be strong enough to choose who you let into your life.

If the people in your life do not have a positive impact on your quality of life, you have to ask the question. Do you need them in your life?

If the answer is yes, accept them and the baggage they bring with them.

If the answer is no, let them go; in the short-term you may miss them, however, in the long run, your life will be so much better because they may be the people who are keeping the people who are meant to be in your life away.
