Some people do not apologise

If you’re incapable of apologising for actions you now know to be wrong, you’re not taking responsibility for your life. And what’s more, you’re liable to make more mistakes in the future because you’re not putting yourself on the naughty step.

Of course, there are some people who don’t reflect on their actions, so they will go through their whole life believing everyone else is at fault when they fall out with them.

There are some people who will stop talking to somebody else because they owe them an apology they’re not prepared to give.

An apology is humility in action, the more genuine the apology the less apologies you will have to offer in the future.

Some people believe they can insult strangers because they won’t have to apologise to them. They, of course, are not nice people.

If you apologise for the the same action more than once, your apology is worthless.

I’ll leave you with one final thought.

If you think about what you’re going to say before you speak, you’ll not be apologising too often.
