You can control how you react to everybody


Life’s too short to get emotional about what somebody else says or does, if it’s a good emotion like happiness, that’s OK, it’s worth having, but if it’s something which gets your other emotions boiling, you need to consider the following.

“If you can’t change what happened, you need to change your attitude towards what happened so that you can continue to have a harmonious relationship with yourself.”

The reason for this thought process is clear because “when you’re in control of your own thoughts, you’re in control of your life.”
