“What’s meant to be will not pass you by.” For a long time, I’ve considered that quote to be a positive quote, it seemed so full of hope for a brighter tomorrow, but I have since changed my mind; I now believe it’s quite a negative quote because it’s designed to keep your eyes firmly fixed on the future. The thing is, “your future will not happen unless you learn to focus on what you do in the present.”
If you were to use that quote for every area of your life, you would never be satisfied; you will always be looking for something better; a better partner, a better job, a bigger house, a more expensive car, a higher college degree and more money or course. When will you ever have the time to be grateful for what you have in your life today.
I now believe the quote, “what will be will be,” is a far more positive quote. It is designed to let you live for today, and when you do that, your tomorrows will be looked after, too.
When you give 100 % concentration to everything you’re doing now;
“You will do it right the first time, every time.”
“Tomorrow will look after itself when you look after what you’re doing today.”
“What will be, will be.” ~Ce Sera Sera.
