People know when they’re happy, they get this warm feeling that seems to flow right through their body, ending up with their mouths smiling at everything they see. This is an emotion everybody wants to experience.
People know when they’re sad because an event has happened that was strong enough to chase their happiness away. This emotion doesn’t last long because nobody wants to be sad for an eternity.
People know when they’re hungry because their stomachs growl, and even the things they don’t like begin to look appealing. This is also a temporary state because they will find something they like, and the hunger will dissipate.
People know when they’re independent because they take responsibility for everything that happens in their life.
People do not know when they’re not independent because they blame everybody else for their misfortunes. They don’t realise it’s their fault they’re in a mess.
People know that when they like a drink, they get a longing around Thursday that something is missing from their lives.
People don’t know when they’re alcoholics. They think everybody else are just lightweight drinkers.
People know when they’re angry, everything they would normally not notice becomes the most annoying sound on earth. Anger is also a short run state of mind because people learn to stay away from the people and things that is fueling their anger or they change their attitude towards the people and things.
People know when they’re intelligent because they no longer try to prove to the world how clever they are.
People know when they’re confident; they stop worrying about what other people think of them.
People do not know when they’re getting overweight. It just sneaks up on them until the day they look in the mirror and see a fat person looking back at them. Some people accept this state, others work hard to maintain a good diet, and others spend the rest of their lives going between being happy with their shape and dieting.
People know when they’re lazy because everything apart from breathing is an effort. Some people hang onto this state of mind for an eternity. They believe life is a struggle and everything in life is hard work; most people grow out of this phase when they leave school.
People don’t know when they’re in love, but everyone else knows because they act like their brains have gone on holiday, it’s not the same as being stupid, that’s a choice people make when they talk about things they know nothing about, being in a love stupor is when they think the person they’re in love with, has no faults. This is also a temporary state of mind. It normally disappears given the appropriate amount of time.
