Peace of mind requires observation without judgement

Observe without judgement

“By all means possible make your observations but do not share those observations because you can only understand what you’re watching from your incomplete knowledge of the situation.” ~Andrew Strong.

“Before you judge somebody walk a mile in their shoes.” ~Anon. Your knowledge of other people’s lives will always be incomplete.

“The only person you can observe completely is yourself, the day you publish your own results is the day you can start publishing the results you’ve drawn from observing other people.” ~Andrew Strong.

“Your perception of life is your reality; always remember, everybody else has their own reality too.” ~Peter Davies

“Nobody has complete understanding of anything, not even themselves.” ~Andrew Strong.

“It is the mark of an educated mind to entertain a thought without accepting it.” ~Aristotle

“The highest form of intelligence is the ability to observe without evaluating.” ~ Jiddu Krishnamurti

The quality of your thoughts will determine the quality of your life, if you can observe the world around you without being emotionally involved in anybody else’s battle, your peace of mind is assured. What other people think, do or say is not going to change your life unless you let it.
