Nothing can be achieved through frustration

Why is it taking so long.

You cannot hurry fate; however, you must believe in your future if you are to fulfill your ambitions because the rocks of frustration have crushed many people’s dreams. “Why,” you ask. The truth is, frustrated people make mistakes and enemies in equal quantities. People who allow their frustrations guide their behaviour change from people who believe, “it will happen,” to people who constantly ask the question, “WHY HASN’T IT HAPPENED FOR ME.” They become angry with themselves and the world around them, and I don’t know anybody who likes angry people enough to make them successful.

Focus on the journey.

How do you prevent people from getting frustrated? They have to learn to focus on the process, not on the results. The best analogy of this is a coffin; everybody in most societies will end up in one of them eventually, but if everybody is focused on getting into the coffin, they’d miss out on the wonderful journey of life (the friends, family, colleagues and achievements along the way). The same can be said of success, if success is the only thing you appreciate, you’ll forget the wonderful events you experienced on the journey.

If you believe in the following quotes you will enjoy the journey as much as the results.

  • “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” ~Eleanor Roosevelt.
  • “Success is a journey not a destination.” ~Ben Sweetland.
  • “What’s meant for you will not pass you by.” ~Anon
