People do not always appreciate help

People will not always appreciate help

Somebody who’s hungry, thirsty or homeless will always appreciate a person who provides them with food, water and a roof over their head, however, somebody who’s employed, has somewhere to live, has friends, but has a negative attitude to life will not always appreciate people pointing out their negativity.

Why? Is a good question, however, the answer will be different for everybody because attitudes are brought about by life-experiences and everybody lives a unique life.

People with a negative attitude do not attract positive things into their life. One day, they may ask themselves why their life isn’t turning out the way they expected. It’s at that point they will start looking for help, if you’re around them, they may ask you, until then, any advice given will not always be appreciated.

Having good intentions towards everybody is a great attitude to have, however, it must be tempered with wisdom because: “Knowing when to help somebody and knowing when to remain silent is not always easy.”

“You cannot live a positive life with a negative attitude towards the life you’ve got.” ~Anon
