Every reaction is an opportunity to grow

“Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.” Isaac Newton.
Newton was referring to motion. However, he could just as easily be talking about human interaction..

When people project positive energy onto everybody they interact with, that positive energy is returned to them, and everybody is better for the interaction.

A great example of this is the TEDx talks, the people who attend those events are always inspired by the speakers who show how they turned their lives around by generating a positive attitude which in turn allowed them to overcome their negative beginnings.

When people project negative energy, they get negative energy returned to them. These are generally the bully boys who believe they can get whatever they like through violence. The jails are full of those people whose stories inspire nobody. Mind you, there have been a few people who turned their lives around after a trip to prison. However, they are the minority.

People learn something about themselves every time they react positively or negatively to other people. Their reaction will inspire them to become friends or inspire them to avoid those people in the future. Either way, the person will be inspired to act, and as we know, when people are inspired to act, they grow.

I’ll leave you with one final thought.
If you want to be positively inspired, hang around with positive people.
