Some people are incapable of hearing your point to view

Some people will not like you

“Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply.” ~Stephen Covey.

The majority of people are preparing what they’re going to say, or, they’re listening for something they can disagree with.

A person’s name is the most important word in their life, if you want to get somebody’s attention, use it regularly.

Some people will listen to what you’re saying and then they’ll tell you how they did the same thing, only bigger and better.

The people who like you will agree with everything they didn’t hear. The people who dislike you will disagree with everything you say, whether they heard you or not.

Expecting people to understand what you’re saying is one of life’s greatest source of stress.

People don’t disagree with what you say, they really don’t hear what you’re saying.
