Nobody lives an average life

Racing heart creates memories

Nobody lives an average life and they shouldn’t want to because a flat line means death, mind you, I’ve seen a lot of people flat line a long time before they died, however, that’s a story for a different time. Today’s story is the story of your heart beat.

nobody remembers being asleep

Your life emulates your heart beat or to be more precise your heart beat emulates your life; sometimes your heart races because you’re excited, emotional, unwell, angry, happy, passionate or exercising, at other times it slows because you’re bored, resting, watching TV or sleeping, but it is always fluctuating from one state to another. Believe it or not, at the end of the day you will appreciate the moments when your heart was racing more than the times you were merely existing because a racing heart creates memories that last a lifetime.

If it’s true that your life flashes before your eyes at the end of your life, do you really want to be bored? No, I didn’t think so.

Remember, nobody remembers being asleep, they only remember waking up. Don’t waste that time too. I’ll leave you with this quote to ponder over;

“To live is the rarest thing in the world, most people exist, that is all.” ~Oscar Wilde
