You cannot underestimate the power of a positive attitude

Doctors give patients what they need to recover.

No one really understands how or why having a positive attitude helps people recover faster from surgery or cope better with serious diseases — diseases as serious as cancer, heart disease, or AIDS. But empirical evidence suggests that these effects may have something to do with the mind’s power over the immune system.

This concept exists. If you can create a vision of yourself as fit and healthy, the unconscious part of your brain can make it happen.

One day, a part of every patients medical journey will include a visit to a positive coach because the medical profession will understand the most important part of the healing process begins with the patient’s attitude towards their good health.

The mindset of the patient will determine how slowly or quickly the patient will recover their good health. I’ll leave you with one final thought.
