The human consciousness creates the world it lives in every day. The world they envisage is dependent upon their enduring beliefs. People who believe they’re oppressed will live in a hostile world, whereas people who believe they live in a free society will see a liberated world.
There’s a huge wall between the opposing points of view which will not easily be crossed because people look for information that confirms their beliefs and will ignore anything that contradicts the same beliefs.
Thankfully the majority of people live in a world where they have good and bad days in equal measure so they’ll have a fairly balanced view of life. The question for the majority is, can they experience more good days than bad? I believe the answer is yes, and that answer is based in quantum physics. Allow me to explain.

Nothing exists until you pay attention to it has its origins in the quantum world, I would go into detail about it except I don’t know enough about quantum physics to simplify it in a paragraph, however, when the same theory is applied to real life, it can have some interesting results. I’m going to give one example which can be applied to nearly everything.
When the current pandemic began I noticed every headline and opinion relating to it, it didn’t matter whether it was online, at home or at work, it had my full attention. The virus was very real and possibly very dangerous. As time passed my desire for knowledge relating to the virus changed, I made a conscious decision to withdraw my attention from stories relating to the topic, since then I got vaccinated which means I’ve got some protection against the virus which made me pay even less attention to it.
Now, don’t get me wrong, the virus is a very real threat to certain people on this planet, and people should do everything they can to protect those people, however, it has virtually disappeared from my world because I don’t pay attention to it anymore.
As I mentioned earlier you can exchange the virus for anything you like, when you withdraw your attention from those things, they cease to have an impact on your everyday life.
I’ll leave you with one final thought.
Always pay attention to things that improve your life.
