The demon inside of your mind

The demon inside of you refers to the opposing forces of what you’re doing versus what you believe you should be doing because that demon is the source of all your suffering.

It’s worth remembering that most people are hard-wired to focus on regret or what they’re not doing rather than what they’re actually doing. That focus is negative about the areas of their lives that they want to improve, and they wonder why they seem to attract more negativity into those areas. Of course, it’s very difficult for those people to accept that they are responsible for what they are creating. It all boils down to the following paragraph.

If you believe you are not good enough as you are today, you will not be good enough for yourself tomorrow regardless of any changes you make because the future doesn’t exist. If you believe you’re good enough today, you will always be good enough.

You see, your mindset creates your reality. If you acquire a positive mindset in the present, you bring that positive attitude with you everywhere you go. That positive mindset creates a positive vibration that impacts every area of your life. You have essentially acquired the power of serendipity. You will always be in the right place at the right time. And as long as you remember that you have something to learn, you will always keep that positive mindset.

Remember, you are perfect as you are. However, you can improve on perfection.

P.S. For people who are not able to create a positive mindset, you can limit your suffering by believing what’s meant for you will not pass you by.
