People are only as complicated as you are.
You see, we’ve all met that person who lives up to the term “what you see is what you get” they don’t have any airs or graces and they lost their internal editor somewhere they will never find it even if they wanted to find it. Those people do not see a complicated world with complicated people. They see a simple world that’s easy to navigate.
Only people who are complicated perceive a complicated world. They think that everyone else puts in the same effort as they do to understand themselves, the people with whom they interact, and the world around them. That’s simply not the case. The majority of people are too busy trying to survive to think about those complexities.
That’s why the world is only as complicated as you are.
