Lisa’s eyes widened, and she felt a rush of emotions. “How?” she asked, her voice trembling with anticipation and hope.

“Close your eyes,” Marlina instructed softly. “Listen to my words and feel them resonate within you.”

Lisa closed her eyes, taking a deep breath. Marlina’s voice was like a gentle breeze, wrapping around her heart. “You are strong, Lisa. You are capable. You are deserving of love and respect. Your worth is not determined by others but by the light within you.”

As Marlina spoke, Lisa felt a warmth spreading through her chest, growing stronger with each word. “You have faced challenges and emerged stronger. You have unique gifts that the world needs. Believe in yourself, for you are enough just as you are.”

Tears slipped down Lisa’s cheeks, not of sadness, but of release. She felt the weight of self-doubt lifting, replaced by a sense of inner strength she had never known. The glowing water around them seemed to pulse with her newfound confidence, reflecting the transformation happening within her.

Marlina gently wiped away Lisa’s tears, her smile radiating encouragement. “Whenever you doubt yourself, remember this moment. You have the power within you to achieve great things. Trust in your own strength and worth.”

As Lisa opened her eyes, she felt different—lighter, stronger, more complete. “Thank you, Marlina,” she whispered, her voice filled with gratitude.
