Everyday goals everybody should achieve

Live a simple life and make it happy

Life’s not meant to be complicated, it’s meant to be enjoyable, the only reason it’s complicated is because too many people concentrate on long-term goals instead of short-term goals. It’s okay to keep an eye on the future, however, you are not meant to live there just in case it doesn’t arrive.

The only target you need to hit every day is to be content, if not happy doing whatever you’ve got to do.

The following is a short list of things short-term goals everybody should achieve every day.

  • You’ve got to wake up every morning, whether you’re a morning or afternoon person is a choice you make. You can train yourself to think any way you like.
  • Eat: You’ve got to eat every day to stay alive, it’s up to you whether you eat healthily or not, however, your body will be grateful if you give it good food.
  • Learn to like the people you dislike, they’re not going to change, however you can your opinion of them.
  • Exercise is something everybody should try to do as often as possible, not to compete at the Olympics but because you’ll need your body to carry you around until the day you die.
  • If you want to buy things you like, you have to acquire money. This means you need a job if you don’t have a rich relative who dislikes you enough to make you dependent upon them. You can despise, like or be happy in the job you get but, at the end of the day your life will be much easier if you find happiness in everything you do.
  • Read: People are social creatures so you’ll need to be up to date with some information your friends are going to find interesting or you’ll have very few friends.
  • Your mind is your best friend, only send it positive messages about yourself.
  • Put your day to rest: Deal with any issues you’ve contemplated during the day while you’re awake or you’ll spend your night dealing with them in your dreams if you get to sleep at all.
  • Meditate: Learn to clear you mind of the thoughts you have during the day.
  • Go to sleep at a similar time every night, your morning person with thank you for it.

When you concentrate on what you’re doing today, your future will look after itself.
