The first step in acquiring a good night’s sleep is to not worry about a poor night’s sleep. You see, the only thing stopping you from experiencing a good night’s sleep is your own thoughts. Of course, there are people who have medical conditions that affect their sleep patterns, but they need to visit a medical practitioner, not a sleep doctor.
